Anthony-B Rasta Love USA 2012 Tour
with Special Guests Zamunda & Delly Ranx
Early juggling by Babylon Down Kru
The Sidecar, 333 Main Street, Park City, Utah

"Anthony B's rich vocals and audacious lyrics carry a depth and substance which is rare in the industry. Internationally, his fan-base has grown because he speaks about the universal concerns of suffering and salvation. "The greatest thing about reggae music is that it's about concepts and ideas," says the artiste, "you are speaking to people on issues they live and can relate to."

Not the best message to start the new year with but new year means new style, we've dealt with issues like these in the past and are tired of a few rotten apples spoiling it for the majority.

‎"To Tallman & Rebel, this is Lee of the Woodshed. I am very sorry but we will have to cancel the Babylon Down on Mondays. My staff don't want to have to constantly fight the crowd. I love most of the people you bring in but some are giving the bar and the staff a lot of concern. They sneak in drinks or drink at the Taco Time and completely trash their parking lot."

We want to thank these patrons for once again ruining what we love doing the most, and giving reggae/ dancehall fans in SLC a bad name, so please if you know you are one of these patrons, STOP coming to our events !

Happy New Year to all massive & Kru, quick review of what we did in 2011, of course we spread reggae/ dancehall music in the capitol city of Utah & beyond as we've been doing for the last 10 years. We started of the year by opening up for Anthony B, kept it moving with opening shows for Etana & Gyptian, with Etana's performance being our favorite of the two, also opened up for ska/ reggae legends The Skatalites & the Big Ship Freddie McGregor. Hosted the second annual 45 Cup Clash which was won by Selecta Dubwise.
We've switched the "Riddim Lab" our weekly live reggae stream from Sundays to Thursday and have reached a steady audience that tunes in from SLC, the East & West coast and even as far as Belize & Jamaica. In August we started hosting Monday Reggae nights again at The Hotel which moved to The Woodshed in September, hosted Reggae Wednesdays in Park City at The Sidecar. In December we started a new party concept called Jamrock which will carry on in 2012. We're thankful for every bodies support and our looking forward to rock 2012.
